1 Packet of Lucky Me Instant Pancit Canton Kalamansi (or any instant noodles you have on hand)

2 Tablespoons Chinese Laundry Kitchen Sichuan Spicy Dan Dan Noodle Sauce

1 Teaspoon Kamayan Bagoong Regular

Thinly Sliced Cucumber

Thinly Sliced Singkamas (Jicama)

3 Cherry Tomatoes

Roasted Eggplant

1 Teaspoon Tobi Garlic Nuts Crushed

1/2 Teaspoon Chives

Directions
Prepare the Lucky Me Instant Noodles according to package directions.
While it’s cooking, make the sauce.
Using the bowl you are going to eat out of, mix the Chinese Laundry Kitchen Dan Dan Noodle Sauce and Bagoong together.
Once the noodles are done, strain the water. Then, add them to the bowl and mix until the sauce has completely covered all the noodles.
Top with your choice of veggies and garnish with garlic peanuts and chives.
