The Coconut Spread is a deep and delicious sweet treat and the Black Sesame Crunchy Butter is slightly savory and super addictive. Together, the flavor mash-up is like a new take on peanut butter and jelly!

1 ¼ cup mochiko flour

¼ cup sugar

1 egg

1/2 tsp ube extract

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ tsp baking powder

Rooted Fare Black Sesame Crunchy Butter

Pika Pika Coconut Spread

Whipped cream

Coconut flakes
Directions
In one bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients and add in the wet ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
Add cooking spray to waffle iron and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Slather Black Sesame Crunchy Butter and Coconut Spread onto waffles.
Top with whipped cream and coconut flakes to serve.
