We call this the Southeast Asian Crack sauce because it is highly addicting! Widely popular in the Southeast Asian region, countries like Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos each have their own take to this sauce.
Each variety, however, typically have the following common ingredients: garlic, chiles, cilantro, lime juice, and fish sauce. This is our go-to for oysters and seafood dishes. But tbh, it's so good, we drizzle it on steak, chicken, meat alternatives, and vegetables!
