Ingredients
-
1 Tube Pillsbury Original Biscuit Dough
-
2 tbsp Ube Cookie Butter
-
2 tbsp Hot Water
Special Equipment
Directions
Pre-heat air fryer for 2-5 minutes to 350F.
In a small mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp of Ube Cookie Butter and 2 tbsp of hot water. Mix thoroughly until Ube Cookie Butter is blended with the water.
Pop the tube of biscuits open and pull apart each pre-portioned biscuit. Cut a 1 inch hole in the middle of each donut. You can save the extra dough to make donut holes!
Spray the inside of the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and begin adding the donuts with space between each donut. Cook at 350F for 3 minutes.
When finished, open the basket, flip the donuts over and cook at 350F for another 3 minutes.
After, take out the donuts and let them cool for a couple minutes or when cool enough to hold in the palm of your hand.
When cooled, dip one side of the donut in the ube cookie butter glaze and set aside to cool. Repeat for each donut.
Enjoy! The donut is best when the glaze has cooled and slightly dried over the donut. Repeat these steps for your donut holes (glazing step optional).
I can’t wait to try this! I just received my Ube cookie Butter in the mail last week!
