Korean Nativity set based on the traditional clothing of Korea, the Hanbok.  Hanbok colors were picked based on what the color meaning was.  Blue meaning Immortality and Hope, White meaning Truth and Innocence, and Yellow meaning Light and Essence of Vitality.  Hairstyles of the pegs are also based on Korean Hanbok traditions.  The Mary peg has the hairstyle of a married woman who wears her back.  The Angel peg is based on young, unmarried girl, her hair is in braids with ribbons and a traditional hairband to symbolize a halo.
