Instant Homemade Style Puto Bumbong Mix by Miguelito's

Instructions:

1. Combine 1-Pack of Miguelito's Instant Puto Bumbong Mix with 1/2 cup water and mix.
2. Add another 1/8 cup of water to the mixture and continue mixing until it becomes firm.
3. Rest dough for at least 1 hour and grate to achieve coarse powder texture.
4. Grease bamboo steamer with margarine (or substitute) to fill.
5. Apply margarine (or substitute) then top with shredded coconut.
6. Serve with muscovado sugar.
