A tropical plant known as pandan, commonly referred to as screwpine, is valued mostly for its long, blade-like leaves. It's a common component in many of Filipino, Thai, and other Southeast Asian dishes.

What does pandan taste like?

It is characterized as having a grassy vanilla flavor with a tinge of coconut in it.

Located in Winnetka, CA, Hopia Like It was established in 1999 by Gerry, Anette, Susan, John & James who are all family. They are known to be the purveyor of pastry goods. They believe in quality, not quantity, & only use the freshest imported ingredients.
