Ube Truffle Balls. These delicious bites are perfect as a little self-care treat or to give as a gift for loved ones (hint: Mother's Day is May 8th). These are so easy to make with just some Ube Mamon or Pandesal in lieu of the mamon, Pinipig Polvoron and Ninong's Ube Cookie Butter.
(Optional) Add some sprinkles and it looks so festive for any holiday. It’s also a great activity to make with the kids. If you are into making homemade treats as gifts, these are perfect as well.

1/2 Cup Ube Cookie Butter

Special Equipment: Food Processor
Directions
Break the Ube Mamon or Pandesal and Polvoron into small pieces and place in a food processor. Process for 1-2 minutes until the mixture looks like sand.
Scoop out 1/2 Cup of the mixture and put in a bowl and mix with the sprinkles.
Leave the remaining mixture in the food processor and add in the Ube Cookie Butter. Mix for 1 minute until it comes together like cookie dough.
Using a teaspoon portion out the mix on a baking tray. Form into balls and then roll in the sprinkles mixture.
Place each ball on a serving tray and put in the refrigerator until serving time.
