Yes, you read that right. Leche Flan and Boba in an icy milk drink. It's inspired by The Master Tea & Coffee in Pacita, Laguna Philippines. We can't be in the Philippines right now to buy it, but you can totally make it at home. For a slight twist, we made the Leche Flan a bit cheesy.

Directions
Make The Cheese Cake Leche Flan
Pre-Heat Oven to 375F.
In each of the Llaneras, place 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
Place each llanera directly on the stove over low heat to melt the sugar slowly until it is golden. Use tongs to move the sugar around to coat the bottom. Leave to cool and harden.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer or wooden spoon until soft and smooth. Add the egg yolks and mix in until smooth.
Add both milks and mix until the mixture has no lumps. If you want, you can pour it into a blender to smoothen it out. Leave to rest for 5 minutes to get rid of the foam. Spoon off any remains in the batter.
Divide the batter between the 4 llaneras equally. Cover each with foil.
Place them in a deep baking pan and put on oven rack. Once on the rack, pour the boiled water into the baking pan up to half way of the llaneras. You have now created a water bath for the Cheese Cake Leche Flan.
Leave to bake for 1 hour. After an hour, take out of the oven, remove the foil and cool too room temperature. Place in the refrigerator overnight to set.
The next day: cut into small squares.
Make The Milky Cheesy Leche Flan Boba
Take 4 tall glasses (at least 16oz)
Place a packet of cooked Instant Black Sugar Boba in the bottom of each glass.
Take the sugar syrup from the leche flan and drizzle it on the sides of the glasses, making a slight ripple effect.
Add a few pieces of Cheesy Leche Flan and then top with a cup of ice.
Pour in Milk. Add more Leche Flan Pieces and serve with a spoon and large boba straw.
Wow. I love boba and leche flan equally as much as each other. I can’t wait to try this out!
